Personal Experience

Tiffiny is co-founder and CEO of Integrated Technology Services. She began her career in business 30 years ago as a recruiter of IT employees for New Jersey businesses. Through her career, she met Michael and together in 2001 were married. In 2003 they co-founded Integrated Technology Services which serviced the south New Jersey market for the 8 years, the family decided to move to South Carolina in 2011 and sell off the New Jersey portion of the business. Since 2017, Tiffiny has led ITS to grow over 5x its revenue base.

With four kids and two grandchildren, Tiffiny currently lives on a 100+ acre farm in Summerville. While not working, you can find her feeding the animals, playing with grandkids, or being involved in her church.
