Senior Network AdministratorMinimum/General Experience: 7 Years of relevant experience. Functional Responsibility: Adds and modifies users, profiles and server level objects in a workgroup or domain with nodes of 251 and greater. Works with Network Engineers for sound solutions. Performs in-depth analysis of existing phone lines, recommends changes and additions and performs estimates supporting changes or additions. Works with Architects to ensure a sound solution. Directs and manages network administrative personnel within the technology realm. Develops/Designs Organizational Policies. Develops audit criteria to ensure users, space, permissions and security are properly aligned in accordance with established unit standards for mid-size to large environments. Develops administration designs for server lines, data centers and storage arrays. Develops training programs for user community staff. Performs budget analysis for clients. Forecasts and maintains lifecycle practices for server lines. Manages all work of Network Administrators. Minimum Education and Certifications: Associate’s Degree and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Certification and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Certification. |
